Q2: I have twins, How does the app work if you have 2 monitors, One per each Child?
A: The Simhome App can be connected to multiple Simshine monitor devices, and users can easily switch back and forth between video feeds. Device placement and nearby people, pets or noises can cause inaccurate readings, so we recommend having only one Simshine monitor in each room for the most accurate monitoring.
Q3: How to monitor baby at night? Can it stay on all night?
A：As long as the Simhome app is open on your device, live background audio will continue to play through the night, even ifthe screen is off.
Q4: Does this support 5G Wifi
A:Simshine Baby Pro works on 5G and 2.4 Wifi
Q5: Does the app save recording from the baby/ She is asleep or wakes up. If so does it store it in cell phone or uses cloud storage?
A:All video events (motion, sound, and noise events) are stored in SD Card(Local store). To keep these events, we recommend loading them to your computer or an external drive.
